Description

The Patisserie series is designed to meet the needs of even the most demanding home bakers specializing in cakes and desserts.

A wide range of products, various sizes, capacities and shapes, and above all, the highest-quality materials used to manufacture the baking moulds, make baking simple and enjoyable.

All Patisserie moulds are made of high-quality, food-safe thin steel coated on both sides with Ballarini’s patented non-stick coating. This surface allows you to bake without the risk of cakes sticking to the mould. It contains no harmful substances, particularly PFOA, nickel compounds or heavy metals.

Manufactured in the European Union at the Ballarini factory in Italy, Patisserie products are designed to ensure food safety and comply with quality standards.

The mould is available in two diameters: 28 cm and 32 cm, depending on your needs.

The product is not suitable for professional or industrial use
